Jonathan Anderson
Jonathan Anderson
Jonathan Anderson is Senior Vice President of Finance for Staley Point Capital where he provides executive leadership over the finance, accounting, and shared services departments. Prior to joining the team, he was the Controller at Cityview, and worked several financial roles at CIM Group. Jonathan began his career in Ernst & Young’s assurance practice. Jonathan graduated from the University of Southern California with both a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in real estate finance.
Michael Askari
Michael Askari
Michael Askari is the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Staley Point Capital overseeing the firm’s portfolio including business plan execution, leasing, operations, and value creation initiative. Prior to joining Staley Point, Mr. Askari was the Vice President of Asset Management at Ocean West Capital Partners where he spent nine years managing a portfolio of office, industrial and multifamily properties. Mr. Askari received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Eric Cho
Eric Cho
Eric Cho is a Vice President at Staley Point Capital focused on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities across the Western United States. Mr. Cho is a founding member of the investment team and has executed in excess $500 million of acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Cho received a BS in Business Administration from Chapman University and is a member of ULI.
Steven Christie
Steven Christie
Steven Christie is the Senior Vice President of Development at Staley Point Capital and is responsible for development and construction across the firm. Prior to joining Staley Point, Mr Christie was Vice President of Development for nine years at Xebec Realty Partners. Before Xebec, Mr. Christie served in development roles at Panattoni, BKM and Guthrie and previously founded his own company Christie Development. Mr. Christie received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University, has his California Real Estate Broker License and is a member of NAIOP and ULI.
Matt Feldman

Matt Feldman is an Analyst at Staley Point Capital focused on new deal origination, financial analysis and asset management. Mr. Feldman was previously an intern on the investment team and graduated from UCLA with a degree in History.

Kamila Sargsyan
Kamila Sargsyan
Kamila Sargsyan is an Assistant Development Manager at Staley Point Capital focused on development and construction activities. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sargsyan was an estimator at Layton Construction where she focused on construction cost estimating and procurement strategies. Prior to joining the operations team on site as a project engineer, she was involved in the construction management of commercial and residential developments. Kamila attended the American University in Paris and
graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science.
Lucas Shantz
Lucas Shantz
Lucas Shantz is a Senior Accountant at Staley Point Capital, bringing over 10 years of experience in modernizing accounting operations through technology. He has led reporting automation initiatives across platforms like ADP, Concur, Salesforce, and Yardi, significantly improving efficiency. Lucas previously held roles at DigitalBridge, CIM Group, and Blackstone Consulting, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Western Governors University.

Kevin Staley
Kevin Staley
Kevin Staley is a Managing Partner of Staley Point Capital and Head of the Investment Committee. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Staley co-founded the Magellan Group in 1990 where he invested and developed over 6 million SF primarily in the industrial and self-storage sectors. Before Magellan, Mr. Staley was a partner at the Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Staley received an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Princeton University.

Eric Staley is a Managing Partner at Staley Point Capital and oversees all aspects of the firm's investment and operating activities. Prior to co-founding Staley Point, Mr. Staley was a Principal at Blackstone where he spent nine years executing investments across all major asset classes in both the United States and Latin America. Before Blackstone, Mr. Staley began his career at J.P. Morgan in Real Estate Investment Banking. He received a BA in Economics from Princeton University and is a Foundation Board Trustee for Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

Abhishek (“Shek”) Yellumahanti is an Associate at Staley Point Capital focused on new deal origination, financial analysis and asset management. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yellumahanti was a Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst with TPG Angelo Gordon in New York supporting investments across all asset classes and geographies. Mr. Yellumahanti received a BS in Business from the NYU Stern School of Business.
