Eric Cho
Eric Cho is a Vice President at Staley Point Capital focused on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities across the Western United States. Mr. Cho is a founding member of the investment team and has executed in excess $500 million of acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Cho received a BS in Business Administration from Chapman University and is a member of ULI.

Steven Christie
Steven Christie is the Senior Vice President of Development at Staley Point Capital responsible for executing the development strategy and construction activities at the firm. Prior to joining Staley Point, Mr. Christie served as Vice President of Development for Xebec Realty Partners and oversaw the new development of industrial and logistics properties across the Los Angeles, Inland Empire, Silicon Valley and North Charleston markets. Before Xebec, Mr. Christie worked in development at Panattoni, BKM, Guthrie and also previously founded his own development company Christie Development. Mr. Christie attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration, holds a California Real Estate Broker License and is a member of NAIOP and ULI.
Daniel Jacobs
Daniel Jacobs
Daniel Jacobs is a Vice President at Staley Point Capital focused on new deal origination, financial analysis and asset management. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Jacobs was an Associate at the Magellan Group, where he evaluated and executed investments primarily in the industrial and self storage sectors. Mr. Jacobs received BAs in Economics and International Relations from the University of Southern California and is a member of the Young Leaders Group for the National Self Storage Association.
Mike Kang
Mike Kang
Mike Kang is the Development Manager at Staley Point Capital focusing on development and construction activities. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kang held development management roles at Gaw Capital USA, Fundrise and RedCar Properties executing on projects across a wide variety of asset types including hospitality, retail, office, residential and media production. Mr. Kang received a BA in Urban & Environmental Policy from Occidental College.

Siwei Luo is a Senior Accountant at Staley Point Capital and supports all corporate and property level financial accounting functions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Luo served in accounting roles at Jacobson Equities, Carlo and South Pacific Real Estate. Mr. Luo received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Cal State University Los Angeles.
Robin Mitchell
Robin Mitchell
Robin Mitchell is the Controller at Staley Point Capital and leads corporate and property level financial accounting and reporting. Ms. Mitchell has more than 20 years of accounting experience including with the Westfield Group, Douglass Emmett and Watt Companies. Ms. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.
Michelle Nguyen
Michelle Nguyen
Michelle Nguyen is the Chief Financial Officer at Staley Point Capital and oversees all finance and reporting functions at the firm. Ms. Nguyen has 18 years of real estate accounting experience and was previously the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Digital Bridge and the predecessor company Colony Capital. Prior to Digital Bridge, Ms. Nguyen was a Senior Associate within the financial services practice at PwC where her major clients included Western Asset Management, Oaktree Capital and Capital Group. Ms. Nguyen is a CPA and a CFA charterholder with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and minor in Accounting from UCLA.

Ricardo Rivas is Vice President of Development at Staley Point Capital focused on development and construction activities. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rivas was a Construction Manager at Rexford Industrial focused on new developments and repositioning. Before Rexford, Mr. Rivas worked in development at both Duke Realty and Majestic Realty and started his career at McCarthy Building Companies. Mr. Rivas was born and raised in Mexico City and received a BS in Construction Engineering from San Diego State University.

Kamila Sargsyan is an Assistant Development Manager at Staley Point Capital focused on development and construction activities. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sargsyan was an estimator at Layton Construction where she focused on construction cost estimating and procurement strategies. Prior to joining the operations team on site as a project engineer, she was involved in the construction management of commercial and residential developments. Kamila attended the American University in Paris and
graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science.

Ian Shapiro is an Associate at Staley Point Capital focused on new deal origination, financial analysis and asset management. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shapiro was an Associate with JLL Capital Markets in Los Angeles executing debt and equity capital raising across all real estate asset classes and geographies. Mr. Shapiro received a BS in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
Kevin Staley
Kevin Staley
Kevin Staley is a Managing Partner of Staley Point Capital and Head of the Investment Committee. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Staley co-founded the Magellan Group in 1990 where he invested and developed over 6 million SF primarily in the industrial and self-storage sectors. Before Magellan, Mr. Staley was a partner at the Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Staley received an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Princeton University.

Before Blackstone, Mr. Staley started his career at J.P. Morgan in the Real Estate Investment Banking group. Mr. Staley received a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
