  • Background: Former Suzuki headquarters with significant deferred maintenance acquired from CalTrans
  • Business Plan: Invested significant capital to modernize the warehouse including LED lighting, sustainable landscaping, entirely new façade, yard and interior
  • Result: Received 2022 Beautification Award from the City of Santa Fe Springs and leased to a credit tenant

In 2020, Staley Point Capital acquired a vacant warehouse asset from CalTrans that suffered from significant deferred maintenance. With community input, Staley Point Capital restored the asset, adding in a new façade, LED lighting, exterior paint, sustainable landscaping, and fresh asphalt.
